  1. Delivery will be completed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
     
  2. A phone call will be made 10 minutes prior to the delivery.

  3. Merchant will compensate a full amount through the original payment method if the products are in an unacceptable condition including being completely defrosted or rotten. Photos would be required as an evidence minutes after receiving the products.

  4. Proof of delivery are usually photograph taken upon handing the order to the customers, text messages or phone call records between the receiver and driver.

  5. Merchants will opt for exchanging a whole new set of items prior to proceeding a full refund within 7 days.
